Settings In Walkman not working after update to Android 4.3

Hi Guys,

                   i just recently updated my Z1 from 4.2.2 to 4.3 and whenever I choose Settings inside Walkman, it says "Unfortunately, Walkman has stopped working". Can you please help?

I am also facing exactly the same issue after 4.3 update on my z ultra today.
It would be better to provide an application update to solve it.

Have you tried force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates)?If not working,try to repair phone software.

Not really. I thought it would be the same update getting reinstalled.

Yes,but sometimes it gives better overall performance,since first when you update things can go wrong.But if you do not want to repair,visit a nearby sony center.

Some do have that problem, but mine, as I finished updating it to 4.3, there is no problem with the Sound Enhancements option...

I just upgraded my phone using Sony update Service and factory reset.

I thought next Walkman update could change the things.
Anyway I am also not able to open the files from the Google drive directly into adobe or some other readers it shows that Error: the document path is not valid. I can see and open the documents only after downloading it.
Do u have any solution for this.
