sms vibrate notification not working

Need help,

My sms vibrate notification is not working even my vibrate notification in both sound setting and sms is turned on

It only vibrates when the sound if off, but the setting in the vibrate is set to 'always'

On call, it always vibrate, the only problem is when receiving an sms when the sound is on.

It took me about 4hrs to download the update and it ended up failed, something wrong with the file?.

But luckily, I installed back the audio manager app, and it really was the cause.

Somehow I think it locks the vibrate setting to its self even if its uninstalled

the issue might be your Antivirus and/or firewall

I think this might be a software bug, just like a year and half ago it was the phone not turning on past loading
