Speaker is tuning ON always when I'm calling

Hi my Z5 is disconnecting my free handset or normal call and always its turning into speaker mode.

Hi @JasonWebb, sorry to hear this.

Could you see if this also happens if you reboot your phone into safe mode?

Safe mode will temporarily disable any downloaded apps so it is one way to find out if one of those if the cause of this.

Yes its happening aswell on safe mode. After 2-3 second it turning into speaker

Thanks for testing it. This happens both when you use a headset and when you don't, have I understood this correctly? Are you using a wired or Bluetooth headset?
