Special Offer 100€ for a Z5

Hello everyone,

(i am french then if you can reply in french i will understand more easily or just reply in english )

I bought a Z5 XPeria ( Rose because cheaper than the other colours ) and when i bought it i seen a special offer of 100€ on it when you show the bill.

I bought it.

Now i got it home and on the offer it's right "give the SI code between this ones" i looked and no one is like mine SI code for my phone, i checked back on Amazon, Items allowed for the offer : my phone....

Can someone explain me ?

I know, but when i try to send something to Sony assistance, i can't send it because they put the E-Mail place on RED as i write nothing, i tried with multiple E-mails and it still not working ...
