Throw function for music

The throw function for music doesnt work properly after updating 4.3
No device can be search
It would only work if I restart the wifi each time
How to solve？
Software problem？

It works normally on 4.2
Ive reset the phone once
Problem still.there

Mine has no problem on Throw function. I'm using SBH-20 headset.
