unfortunately app name has stopped

I got this error msg after installing an application. Please suggest what to do.

It depends on the compatibility of a particular app with your phone.From where do you install your apps?

I installed it from baidu. Actually I bought the phone in shanghai. So no google play comes with the phone.

Well,the compatibility could be the issue.You cannot access google play?I suggest you check install from unknown sources in settings-security.
