Walkman app feature missing

Hello

I cannot use the walkman app since i have more than just music on my phone. I have audio books that i need the app to ignore. 

I can't find a way of telling it to ignore a specific folder, so it mixes my audiobooks in with my music! Great on a random mix to get one chapter of a book in between tracks of music!

Please, Sony, add the ability to choose which folders are to be included in the library...

I suggest you try the below.

To prevent non-music files from appearing in the music player, you need to create an empty file called “.nomedia” or “.nomusic” and place it in the folder containing the unwanted audio files.

• Use a text editor application on your computer, e.g.. Notepad. Make sure to set Save as type To All files Instead of Text Document. Name the file “.nomedia” or “.nomusic”.

• Connect the phone to the computer using a USB cable. Copy the empty file to the folder or folders that contains the unwanted audio files. Disconnect the phone and restart it.
