When will 4.3 for Xperia SP?

hi i am using xperia sp mobile for past 6 month,iam waiting to updtate my mobile to 4.3 when r u going to rollout the update mey be jAN or before jan 2014?  please reply me by

The update will be rolled out after the Z generation is done updating.No specific date.
