How do you set up WiFi calling on Xperia XZ?

does your network carrier support this feature? if so, try to ask them if they have released an update that activates this feature on your device.

Thank you. T-Mobile does and had the capability built in for my Z1S I bought from them. They don't carry Sony now, so I bought this on Amazon. Now I must reload the capabilities.

Since your phone it's SIM free/unlocked it won't work, it's up to the network and like you said, if T-mobile doesn't carry this phone, it won't happen.
