Xperia Ray can't activate wifi

I have Xperia Ray running ICS 4.0.4, and trying to conect wifi says "activating" but it doesn't activate.:smileysad:

Problem is, I can't use wifi because its between active an inactive.

I had check all Apps and under Settings/Apps/all apps, there is AntHalService disabled, I tried to enable it, but all buttons are inactive and I cant do anything.

I have a lot of apps and if I repair the system with pc companion I will lost all cause I can't do a backup, so would be nice if anyone knows any other way to solve it.

Unfortunately with a problem such as this an update is really the only way to go. You could download one of many applications on the Playstore that would allow you to backup the applications before going ahead.
