HELPPPPP! I tried updating my phone through the laptop, it had like 70% charge. then it's half way through and my phone turns off whilst updating.
then the light goes green. when i try to turn it on the screen just says sony. or, if i hold the power and volume button, it vibrates 3 times then shows like a spanner comes up. what do i do?
i tried taking the sim card out and following all of your instructions, but a green light comes on instead then goes back to the stupid sony logo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the **bleep** do i do!!!!
