Xperia Z1 ir blaster

i have a really big question..i found out on google threads that stated that the z1 has an ir blaster. could you guys tell me for sure if it really has one  and if it does what software can you recomand to use it as a remote. thnx

Z1 definately does not have IR Blaster.
