HI Sony team,
My name is Shailender Singh, I have Sony xperia z1, which I have taken from Sony service center after around 10 months.
Mr. Bineet from gurgaon DLF branch service center was handling my case.
He assured me that we have verified and tested your phone and make sure that your problem will not occur again. and you will not face any problem again in future.
I told to Mr. Bineet that I am going to take this case to consumer court as I am not getting the expected service. At that time I have warranty as well for my device. Mr. Bineet told me that
We will extended your warranty for another one year after you got your device. He also told that I will send a confirmation mail for this also.
So after that I agree and take my phone.
But after using only three months its again start giving all the previous issue and this time even its not getting switch on.
It's getting switch off automatically.
I have used so many Sony product and I am big fan of Sony, But after buying Z1 I am regretting even after 3 year. In these three years I have only used this for hardly 8 months and rest it's in the service center.
One my friend face same issue and he got refund his money after lodging the complaint in consumer court.
He gave me the same suggestion, but I not followed him as I had a big trust on Sony brand but now I am regretting that I should follow the same thing.
This is the last notice I am sending you . If I will not got any resolution I will do the same thing .go to the consumer court for getting my hard earned money back.
I am attaching the last receipt of service center where they mention my problem resolution.
I am still hoping that you will not let me taking the extreme step and this time I will get my problem resolved.
