Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
When a handset uses a call diversion function in most cases it has been implemented from the network carrier, as network carrier codes are required to assign call diversion options.
Check the following, Menu > Settings > Call Settings > Call forwarding > make sure everything is disabled.
I then suggest contacting your network carrier and inquire with them about your account settings for call diversion.
