This SONY 85-inch TV has been the WORST purchase of my life. Within the very first year, the TV started having serious issues. It kept turning off by itself, and even after a technician replaced the motherboard, new problems appeared in just a few days—green lines on the screen and the same auto-shutoff issue again.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. I wasted 50 minutes on the phone with a troubleshooter, and nothing was resolved. When I demanded to speak with a manager and asked for a refund or to return the TV, they flat-out refused. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s negligence and a complete disregard for customers.
If you are even thinking about buying a SONY 85-inch TV, you might as well throw your money in the river. Buying this TV is nothing but regret and frustration. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY this TV.
