Netflix Error UI-800-2 on Sony Bravia 2015 Android TV
I keep getting a Netflix Error UI-800-2 on my 65X9005C
The only fix is the delete all the Netflix data and start over again.
Not what I'd expect from a brand new Sony TV.
Is there a fix for this irritating problem?

Hi there
Can you see if the following works:
https://help.netflix.com/en/node/22213
If that fails, try the following:
Sign out of your device
- Launch the Netflix app.
- On the error screen, select More Info and continue to Step 3. If you don't see More Info, continue below.
- Navigate up and select Settings or the Gear icon and continue to Step 3. If you don't have Settings or theGear icon , continue below.
- Pull up the deactivation screen by entering the following sequence using the arrow keys on your device's remote:
- Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up
- Pull up the deactivation screen by entering the following sequence using the arrow keys on your device's remote:
- Navigate up and select Settings or the Gear icon and continue to Step 3. If you don't have Settings or theGear icon , continue below.
- Select Sign Out or Deactivate.

Hi @Ddrk49
This is unfortunately a known issue on Android TVs and BT HomeHubs (5). Have a look at the links in the following post and see if it helps

Im having issues with Netflix for a few months now. Every week I need to do hard resets on the TV, and home internet, and then it works. But it's strange and bothering me to have all this work and waste of time with a smart tv (Bravia KDL-43W807C). Netflix is THE main reason I sit in front of the tv, so it's quite distressing and suspenseful everytime before pressing that button.
So 2 days ago I had to reset Netflix from scratch and erase all stored info from that app, hard reset tv and network. Done that and worked, yeah
Today Netflix wouldnt work again. But network was fine and connected. Problem was that the hard reset apparently messed up date and time, which were back to 2016. This was conflicting and blocking netflix from turning on. No way to change that manually and automatic setting was ON and disabled of being switched off, just like this other user experienced: https://community.sony.nl/t5/android-tv/wrong-time-greyed-out-time-options-bravia-2015-android-tv/m-....
After several hard resets the problem would remain. What worked for me was, without unplugging anything, simply do a soft reset.
And then network was on, date and time were fine, but netflix still didn't work. I got the error code ui-800-3. I simply followed the steps on this support link and it's now (FINALLY) working again: https://help.netflix.com/nl/node/12232?ba=SwiftypeResultClick&q=ui-800-3
Thanks for all of those who post the solution steps for all issues. And hoping I don't need to make any sort of resets anytime soon
