Sony 65xf9005 remote issue

Hi, my remote has stopped work except the voice control still works! Have tried another brand new remote and same issue! 

Does anyone know how to fix? TV is up to date and I have rebooted and reset it several times. Frustrating!

Try to manauly install the latest software on the tv (worked at a friend when only one button had problems)! Also,try the remote with another Sony tv!
