Evening all
Yesterday purchased a brand new KDL-32WE613
Trying to set it up today and it repeatedly turns itself before we have time to finish setup
Have even tried Reset to factory setting with no luck
Using Sky as source
Stays on for no more than 2 minutes at a time
Can anyone offer any assistance
You have a DOA.
Contact the retailer and request a replacement.
Do not be fobbed off with them trying to refer it to Sony, or even offering to repair it.
They may ask you to bring it back to the store; you may choose to do this, or you may request that they bring a replacement out to your home, where you can demonstrate the fault, and they can pack the TV away, unpack the replacement, and in turn demonstrate to you that it can be set up and left working correctly.
