Hi, I submitted a review on a TV that I purchased and Sony have responded to me ( but I cannot find their response; could someone help me find it please?

How do you know that Sony have responded?

If by email, I would expect there to be a link to a reply in there.

If not, can you remember where you posted the review?

Otherwise, I suggest you Google the entire internet for ‘Daygrove Sony’ or whatever name you posted the review under.

Hi, Thanks for your response.

I posted a review after registering the product I bought; following my submission Sony sent me an email (with a link) saying they had noticed my review and published a response. I click on the link they sent me and it just takes me to the main Sony page; when I log in it then takes me back to the main page again. I then went back to the email and pressed the link again (being logged in) but again takes me to the main page. So very difficult to find through the site. I’ve tried the searches you suggest but no luck. Thank you for trying though.

Can you reply to the Sony email? If so, ask them for a URL for their reply.
