Where is the Plex app????

Hi folks,

I need help trying to find where the plex app is on a new TV...the sony KD-65X8509C

I tried looking in the Opera store area and didnt spot it, done a search and it didnt find it.....please tell me that this brand spanking new TV has the plex app available for it, lurking about in a not so obvious place somewhere????

If this TV doesnt have the Plex app I will be very cheesed off to say the least as I have lower and older spec models (sony kdl55w829b and a samsung ue32j5500) which have the plex app.

The Plex app can be installed if you goto Googles Play Store (via app on tv)

I have had the TV for 1 week only so my knowledge is limited but the Sony guy in John Lewis did say you can install Plex via the Play Store.

Is instaling Plex the only (best) way of streaming DLNA to the TV without a separate box?

Thanks for that......I didnt think to look in the google app store, only searched in the TV Opera store.

Will update if I can instruct my folks how to find it now.  Haha
