Will not set up- KDL43W809CBU Smart 3D 43" LED TV

I've just gotten this TV today and I've been trying for hours and it will not setup no matter what I do.

Once turned on at the mains the TV automatically turns itself on and comes up with the Sony logo then after so many seconds it changes to another black screen with 4 moving coloured circles then it goes back to the Sony logo. 

I've tried resetting it and I've turned it off countless times as well as trying a factory reset as advised on another site but I'm getting nowhere. 

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hi there

Turn the tv on, and leave it switch on for a while - it should go to a screen after a bit.  If nothing happens after say 30 mins then you might need to contact your retailer for an exchange.  But you need to leave it on for it to do its thing.

OK, thanks for the advice. I've turned it off and back on again so I'll leave it now and see what happens. Hopefully it works or it'll be going back.
