My flashlight icon disappeared

My flashlight icon disappears and appears by it self from the active quick settings bar although I did added it and never removed the list

Full shut down/reboot seems to have brought it back for now. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it disappears again.

Same here, flashlight disappeared from the notification bar randomly.
Only restart of the phone, Xperia Z5, brings it back.

The same problem occurs on my phone aswell (Z5 E6653, 32.1.A.1.185). It started after my latest update. However, even though I rebooted yesterday and the flashlight icon showed up again, it is gone today. This must be a bug in the latest update.

Same problem here! When I want flashlight I have to start camera app, switch to video and turn on flashlight there! That is pretty silly. Will this ever be fixed Sony?
