sony fs5 120fps upgrade

I saw that there is a new 120fps upgrade for the Sony FS5.

This offers continuous internal recording at hd.

Im thinking of buying the FS5 but only if it has the new upgrade.

Is it possible tp buy it in the uk with this included or do you have to buy it seperastly?

Also does it record 120fps at 10 bit 422?
