Reader stuck in demo mode

My PRS-T1 is stuck in demo mode and won't connect to anything. How can I get back to the full software and not lose books.

The following should help you to deactivate Demo Mode on the Reader..

Follow these steps to activate or deactivate Demo Mode on the Reader Wi-Fi:

1. Gently press the Reset button with a bent-open paper clip.
   
   
   
   
2. Press the power button on the bottom of the reader to turn it on.
   
   
   
   
3. While is being displayed, press and hold the Previous and Back buttons.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the Home screen is displayed, wait at least five seconds and then release the Previous and Back buttons.

Hello,

I have the same problem of MODE DEMO on PRS-T1 as you did but the solution explained in the answer or on the sony site (tips and...) doesnt work for me. I have tried it certainly ten times but it recovers always in mode demo!

What's the solution to this big problem?
