Can anyone recommend sites where I can buy e-books and pay for them while outside UK? Currently living in Cyprus and desperate to download some books but most of the sites will only accept orders/payment if resident in UK or USA/Canada.
Alternatively, any good sites with good books to download free? I'm a newbie at this!
