Music Center for pc and Media Go

I've recently migrated frrom Media Go to Music Center for PC.  It does work, but where have many of  the album covers gone? Gracenotes worked with Media Go, but seems to have lost interest, and even a Coldplay ep has gone coverless.

Thanks for your reply.

The turntable is the PX -HX 500, and an home office based desktop pc running Windows 10.

The walkman is a NW Z- A15. Which does not handle DSD but uses FLAC. 

It would be most useful if data transfer could be by memory stick, rather than a very long wire?

I also was encouraged to migrate from 'Media Go' to 'Music Center for PC'. Seems to have lost many of the album covers and access to 'Grace Notes' on the way? I'm a bit disappointed.....

The comment on the turntable includes the addition to the dust cover molding of some finger grips at the left and right front corners for when lowering or raising the lid......gently.

Have you tried transferring the content directly using Windows explorer? I found this alternative method in the Help Guide here: https://bit.ly/2MS63F.
