Hello, if I connect my DVD player up using the hdmi connection on the Yamaha YSB 2200 soundbar it won't work. Some intermittent sound comes through with flickery images. I have a Sony Bravia TV and the DVD player works ok if connected directly to the TV. The Yamaha soundbar has the facility to connect devices into it using hdmi in and the hdmi ARC out,and I have tried it with my humax freeview box and it works fine however no luck when connecting the DVD player this way. I've tried different ports and changed the cable so it isn't these causing the problem.
