Main camera quality terrible and poor retailer service

I' ve bought the Xperia L1 in El Corte Inglés -Callaro store in Madrid in June. After 2 months the camera stop focusing. First, in near shots like documents to transfer them via whatsapp or some selfies. Then, it stop focusing at all. I took It to El Corte Inglés. They told me they will send the phone to Sony Spain and that the process will take at least 15 days and that they don`t replace the phone meanwhile. I want any phone just not to be disconnected. Understand we use the phone to communicate not only with friends or family but also to work. Which is the activity that let us to buy this product.

How could we trust a better Xperia phone if the basis isn't reliable? How could we trust Sony if they don't take a look in their retailers? Sony, you give us this space just to vent our problems with the product or you really read this and do something? You have earned 7600 million euros JUST IN APRIL-JUNE 2017. I think that you could do a little bit more for your customers. I also use a Sony A7II and a Sony SRSXB20. At last, I don't trust only the vendor but neither the product, and the relationship between retailer and Sony prejudices the customer.
