One of the two strips teared

Its my 1st seconds with this mobile phone .

When i was trying to drag out the strips simultaneuosly,one of them teared then i couldn't drag out the nano sim card tray.

Hi just wondering if you had any response to this the same thing just happened to me, got for my sons birthday on Wednesday just trying to set it up so its good to go when he opens it and this has just happened panicking now that it won't be working on his birthday

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about what has happened.

Do I understand you correctly in that you are referring to the information strips located in next to the SIM- and SD card areas? If it teared and got stuck, I would advice against trying to peel it out as you may damage the internals of the device. 

I am sorry to say that in this situation, I can only refer you to have the device sent to an authorized service center so that a technician may have a look at it for you.  

I Recommend getting in touch with your Local support so that they may assist you in having it sent in, as they are well informed when it comes to local warranty terms, service routines and consumer laws.

I did the same thing when i got my L1 but i cut a 3 inch strip same width as tray and slipped it in the slot while tipping the phone so that the slot is at the bottom and wiggle it about. took a few minutes but out came the tray. *** only use plastic NOT metal
