Xperia loops live wallpaper won't work.

Hi @Keira15Xperia and @Vladimir11,

I'm sorry to hear this.

Just to be clear it is when you select the theme Xperia Loops it stays static or is the background completely black? If you can see the loops but they are static could you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disable in this mode.

I would also recommend that you make sure your device is updated. You can check this if you go to: Settings > About phone > Software update.

I rebooted it into save mode and the wallpaper is still black. If it isn't a 3rd party application, what could it be? 🤔

@Keira15Xperia, If there is no change I recommend that perform a software repair using Xperia Companion like @uliwooly suggested. This will reset your device so make sure you create a backup using Xperia Companion before you do so.
