I had just updated my m5 to marshmallow. After the update the icon "mobile data is disabled" keeps on poping up on the notification. Even if i swipe it off, a few seconds it would return. I know in lollipop. This shows everytime u turn off mobile data. However, once i swipe it off, it wouldn't re appear until i turn mobile data on and off again. Now it is persistent. Even if by default i am not using mobile data.
Another was the issue of a touchscreen malfunction. This occured several times. Only the navigation buttons work and the swipe from top to quick settings. Scrolling at the center does not work. Icon of apps cannot be touched. I opened the camera, and noticed that it detects a large shadow film that covers almost the entire screen. Except for the nav keys and a thin portion of the right side of the screen. The only way to make it work again was to restart the phone. I also tried force stopping the camera, and i thought it resolved the problem. However it occured again and i had no choice to restart. Interestungly though, this occured in the my xperia home screen. I changed my home launcher to CM launcher and has since not encountered the same problem of touchscreen malfunction yet.
But, i want my xperia home launcher back
I only intend to use cm launcher until my problems are fixed. I also didn't like that they removed the Cameras widget. And that the icon group boxes/folders as well as the all apps navigation button on the home screen are now displayed in opaque. I want the transparent ones. Those in the lollipop home screen.
Anybody here who encounterd the same problems?
Anyone here that may have the solution?
TIA.
