auto rotation doesn't work on Sony Xperia M2

I tried to restart the phone but it doesn't work.
Even when I boot it to safe mode and turn on again nothing changes
So please can someone help?

A third party application is an app that you have downloaded from the Google Play store and Sony Mobile have not developed!

Did it stop to work directly after playing this specific game in the phone? And was it the first playing the game after you completed the software repair?

I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and that you don't install / use this application called "Just dance" and see if the auto rotation stops working again.

If it does, let me know!

I see, I'm afraid it may be related to hardware rather than software since the auto rotation still isn't working after the software repair had been completed.

I would recommend that you have your phone sent in to an authorized service centre, to do that please contact your Local support team and they will gladly assist you with that, they can also answer any questions you might have regarding warranty and service routines.
