Background defocus app

It is not working in my xperiaM Dual,why?
It shows application not installed.

Try 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data 

also look for background defocus > uninstall > restart your phone and redownload it from the playstore

Go to settings-apps-all-background defocus,force stop and clear data.Access it again.
