Broken camera - "flying" glass inside

Hello everyone,

I have no idea when did that happen, but as you can see in a video attached below my camera is not working well. It all started few months ago - a view was fine, without these scratches but sometimes camera didn't turn on properly and after a few seconds of black screen it was showing a message "the device is not available" (I'm not sure if it was exactly like this, I have a polish software). I've tried to restore factory settings but it didn't help.  And now for about month or two it's all the time like this. I still have a year of warranty, is any possibility that they won't refuse to fix it? I mean it, I have no idea when it began to work like this.

Hi @myxomatosis,

I'm so sorry to hear about that, that doesn't look good at all. Slightly_frowning_Face

Based on the troubleshooting steps that you already have done, I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the device sent in to an authorized service centre.

I'm afraid I won't be able to answer your question about warranty since the device will have to examined by a trained technician at the service centre and after that the technician will make a decision.

Your local support team will however be able to help you with questions regarding service routines, such as accepted service time and so on! Slightly_smiling_Face

Let me know how it goes!
