On the off chance that you are unable to access the My Xperia website for any reason, you will need to use PC Companion or Bridge for mac to reload the handsets software to remove the lock.

Hi, i forget my pattern in my M4. when i do hard reset (power button + volume up) on the phone, it keep virbrate every few second (screen still remain dark(power off). any1 know how to resolve this issue (hard reset / unlock phone)?

I have forgotten my screen pattern to unlock my phone. I have tried the hard reset by turning off the phone and holding the power and volume + button but it only vibrates. How can I do a hard reset without access to my menus?
This is for a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua.

I merged your post with another topic on the same subject. I recommend that you check the link that Phy posted earlier here. If that does not help you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion as suggested by Jake.
