Heating problem

Sony company have to resolve these issues over the handset which 100 out of 99% customers are facing the same issue after paying you of so huge amount for the phone there is nothing worth of it. The phone gets up heat too soon.

With all due respect how did you managed to get that number? I understand that you are upset but don't assume that every user is experiencing the same issue as you do, you can repair it with PCC and repair back, also if you are playing games or have heavy demanding apps running in the background creating this issue
