Good day
Just received a new M4. The display auto-rotate function does not work. I have diagnosed the accelerometer under the test menu, but fails.
What could be the problem? It's not working out of the box

Have you installed any applications or similar? If yes, you could always try to boot the phone into safe mode:

Otherwise, I do suggest a software repair via PC Companion before you contact the seller for further assistance:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

I have:
1) Performed a factory reset and tested
2) Restarted in safe mode and tested
3) Updated/repaired the phone SW and tested
None of the above helped
