I've has an m4 aqua since September 15 since then it has been to Sony repair centre 3 times. First it was an issue with not getting a signal. It was fixed under warranty and sent back. When it came back it would not read any sim cards. It was sent back on the same day and apparently was treated as VIP. Sony sent a replacement that was apparently reconditioned and checked. I didn't even have it a month and the touch screen failed. Its now been sent back again to be fixed. I was just wondering if anyone a
Se has had issues. I'm now seeking legal advice as the phone is clearly not fit for purpose

Hello unfortunately I have no answers but I too have had Multiple Issues almost dating simultaneously to yourself. I too find the Agents over phone are First Class but the results are quite different. My phone has yet to be returned . As I had little faith I joined the forum.
I really dont want to accept the expected repair in so far as I can see this phone should have been immediately replaced. After reading your experience I am absolutely convinced. I am going to telephone/email/write to Three my Provider to see their comments
I hadn't realised that any issues would be direct with Sony when My contract is with Three .
As a further comment I have had a mobile from introduction of Mobile phones 1970ish - to date
I have never before had any issues with any of those phones in over 40 years ????!!!!!!!!
Good luck
I must admit I now regret getting my M4 - after the initial problems with storage space (advertised as 8 gig but over half taken up by the operating system!?!) I now have issues with the ear speaker not working. I answer a call and hear nothing unless I use the loudspeaker. Pretty poor that a device is incapable of fulfilling it's primary function!
My M4 made me lose all hope and interest in Xperia. Time to move
