My Sony Xpereria 4 Aqua and how to get replacement

I purcased my Sony Xperia in August 2016. i had to send it back twice with faults with the ear piece it wouldnt work. Got it back after a couple of months problems again this time white screen black screen in a loop can turn on or off.How do I get a new phone?
