Hi,
my Xperia M2, after a reset, doesn't identify my SIM. In the internet setting, when i configure an apn, it says: "The setting of this access point aren't avaibles for this user". There is a strange thing....when i remove the SIM the xperia restarts with the message: "The SIM card has been removed, REBOOTING". WHY? Does It identify my SIM card....or no?
Thanks
There are some settings that are not available for modification depending in your network carrier.
Can you try to create a new apn instead of modifying the previous installed ones?
The sim card is detected if you have network signals detected at the notification area
I have just create the exact APN of my network carrier, but after click SAVE, the Xperia says the message: The setting of this access point aren't avaibles for this use
There isn't any signal, neither emergency calls
have you tried using another sim?
Yes, I tried but it''s the same story.
Hi @Kekk13,
The message "The setting of this access point aren't available for this user" simply means that there are no APNs currently set in your phone. If you are unable to save them manually, you may have a branded or network locked device.
Can you please go to Settings > More, do you have the option here "Internet Settings"?
I can create an Apn but, after the save, I don't choose it.
thoose are my mobile networks settings
