Started a week ago, camera went off, all the phone software is up to date by wifi and checked by the 3 shop assistant, cache cleared, apps removed..then the phone overheated, constantly restarts, freezes and randomly gets very hot ..I spoke to Sony who emailed me an Experia companion link, which won't open on my PC (which is maintained etc ) is companion compatible with Windows 10 , 64 Bit, ..I've just about had it with this phone, I am waiting for a transplant and need my phone on 24 x 7 but it is off maybe 12 hours daily!!... can anyone help, I am desperate now ! thanks folks

I'm so sorry to hear about that.
I'm afraid I won't be able to assist you with service cases since these are handled at a local level by your Local support team.
If there is physical damage to the phone, this is not covered by warranty.
I would recommend getting in contact with your Local support team and they will be able to assist you further regarding warranty, consumer laws and so forth for your market.
