Connect your phone to a wall charger, press and hold power and volume up for 10 seconds, let it charge for two to three hours, then repair it with PCC

Hi dIsP, welcome to the community!

Follow @Uliwooly's advice and see what happens. If the phone doesn't power on but the LED light is on then try running a software repair on the handset.

If the phone doesn't power on & the LED light does not come on then contact your local Sony Xperia Customer Care team

Running the software repair on PC Companion:
1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

Please note this process deletes all user data as to back data up you need to have the phone powered on & the screen unlocked. Let us know how this goes.

Make sure that you have charged it for at least 3 hours and when you are prompted to connect to PC the handset is turned off.

Thank you very much for the advice all of you in the forum, actually when I go to sony service centre before i give the phone, I took the SD Card & SIM Card, and then the phone restarting automatically, so I turn it off, insert SIM Card & SD Card, and turn it on again it's start again, so my phone didn't need service:smileyexclaim:*embarassed:smileyyahoo:
