It's full of manufacturing defects,
And sony will not make replacement,
I had bought a new sony Xperia m5 dual only one month before,
The proximity sensor doesn't work properly,
When I ask replacement they are telling that they will repair and give it to me,
Is it my fate to use a repaired phone where it has manufacturing fault.
I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but are you saying that users should NOT buy the Xperia M5 because you have a defect with the proximity sensor and that Sony is going to repair it but you don't want it to be repaired?
1. Are you aware that this is a user based forum
2. If that happened when you first opened the box, why didn't you returned it to the store?
What do you mean by Red LED light?
AFAIK proximity sensor works when some object come closer to the phnes surface (covering proximity sensor).
You can check the sensor's working in service test menu *#*#7378423#*#*
You can also use Diagnostics app by Sony for this.
Again, this is a user based forum, you said

But now you are saying

Which mean that the phone was working out of the box and then the phone started having issues, I'm still confused about which issue your phone is having but follow @ppgsk17 suggestion and also test the phone in >>> safe mode and repair the phone with XC
