Screen is not close when smart backlight control is on

When I put my phone on the table or any else, I released the screen not close itself. I tried it dark and bright place. Result was same. On the other hand I clean front camera lense than I tried, screen was not closed. I waited 5 minutes, rhere was any reaction. I checked the automatic close time I was set up in 1 minutes. When I closed to smart baclight control, everything seems like okay. Any my battery is lower so quick when it got new update. In my opinion something works wrong on the background. I will try to repair my software and I will try again what I have problems.

Yes ı tried it in safe mode. It was work correctly in the safe mode. But I wonder which application causes this problem! Are there anyway to understand it?

Interestingly when I change to normal mode from safe mode, my phone have been starting to worked right. Thank you so much for your support.
