Hello to everyone one!
After I updated android version to marshmallow my SD card got ruined. Somewhere I have read about this phone that he uses data too much from Sdcard and that I am not only person how find himself with burned sdcard.
Now I have bought a new one SD 64Gb, and I am very concerned about her safety. I don't know how long my previous sdcard was in use(but I think about 3 years).
My question is thus Xperia aqua E2303(8gb internal memory) after some time destroys SD cards?
I don't know about destroy, but if your SD card working unduly, try format it, before format do back up, coz you'll lose your data files By the way you did not tried to edit your SD card somehow? Coz this your action could destroyed, how you mentioned, your SD card

That ssdcard(8Gb) stoped working about 4 months ago. Today I bought new one and it's working fine. But I am concerned about that thing Xperia's effect on sdcards
I didn't heard before that Sony Xperia Smartphone's destroyed SD Card, if you using it normal, they don't brick

What do you mean about "original" sdcard? That sdcard that I had was working fine for about 2 years while I had Samsung s2. When I bought aqua sdcard was still working for about 6 months. After updating my Xperia from 4 to 5 marshmallow sdcard stoped working for good!!
You want to say that Marshmallow update (by the way Marshmallow is 6, Lollipop is 5) destroyed your SD card: "After updating my Xperia from 4 to 5 marshmallow sdcard stoped working for good!! "? Then all claims to Google, why they created (by you) Android operating system version which bricking SD cards
Seriously try to format it with PC or in the smartphone maybe will helps, but do before that back up of your files (if possible), coz format will erase your SD card... How i know possible to format SD card and with any partition application for PC or you can format with simple Windows format tool (add SD card to your PC, go on SD card section and with mouse right key on it open table with tools, see where is section format and push on it, choose quick format or full, set as default and start format), i hope will helps
But by your telling of this story smell like you edit SD card, i mean you modified it, coz 6 months works for you well, so maybe you rooted your smartphone, edited memory location, for example SD card as primary and ect. If i'm not wrong you have M4 Aqua model, that's right? How i know M4 Aqua have very little memory for user, so can be that you modified smartphone operating system (rooted it) and SD card (set as primary), i'm right? SD card without any human edit can't work without any reason bad, even if 2 years and 6 months worked very well, by the way you wrote if i understand you right new SD card which working with your M4 Aqua with Marshmallow well now, so how new SD card working good, old without any reason after update (how you wrote) bricked?
