Searching for networks and won't stop.

I had a problem by conecting to the net so i went to -settings- more-mobile networks- network operators and pressed de automatic search. It has been searching for about 4 days up to now and I cant stop it. I reset the phone, i did the factory reset but is still goiong on and this means the battery run out very fast and doesnt last long like it is supposed for this phone. Please I would like Sony to contact me and try to solve this.

I'm so sorry to hear about your phone.

I would recommend that you remove the SIM card from your phone if you haven't tried that already. Without a SIM card inserted in the phone the search for a network may stop.

If it still continues to search, could you ask a family member, a friend or a colleague if you can borrow their SIM card and insert that one in your phone?
