Sony m4 aqua completely dead

I'm truly disappointed with Sony and it's service it provided. I bought a Sony m4 aqua with soo much of excitement for it to die after 6 months .. Completely dead with a total shutdown ...Lost proof .. Evidence..Pics videos of accidents and even had my person info ..All inside a dead phone ..Gone ... Phoned Sony ..They tell me they cannot repair the phone,woman was rude and didn't even bother for further assistance with how I can go about with my phone because I need help and if Sony can't help me then who is gonna help me , no-one seems be around and available to provide a service ,with 6 months of purchase the phone was sent to Sony for repairs bwt 4 times until they send me a return with a label saying the Warrenty broke,yourll claim the phone to be water resistant but when it is exposed to water it dies off for life and then just doesn't happen to work, you telling me the phone has water damage but you name the phone an "'AQUA" ...COMMON guys ..We as people who purchase these phones make purchases according to weather we can rely on the phone or not and just there goes my Sony ..Flat while on holiday ..Couldn't even take pictures ..Nor capture happy moments with my family.the advert for the SONY M4 was soo intregging but turned out to be false advertising in the end..It just doesn't make sense ..Don't sell something that someone will soon have problems with ...4 times repairs ..My phone has been more with the Sony repair center than with me first was the camera that went ..Second was the selfie camera ...third was a bunch of errors and last ...The phone shuts down...Really disappointed and really unhappy with Sony

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but if there are physical damages the warranty is pretty much gone.

But I don't understand ,the warranty is over yes ..Why because of water damage and how ..Because it was clearly stated that the phone was water proof and it was even advertised that it's a waterproof phone ..I even blocked all outputs of the phone soo that water wudnt enter but still ...Before that I've sent the phone to Sony 5 times for internal issues and still there was soo help what soo ever .. ntn at all was done .. camera stopped working 7 days after purchase ..How strange is that .Selfie camera was gone over and over again ..common people ..The best information and help you guys can give a customer is that the Warrenty was broken and nothing can be done ,you guys don't look at the issue behind it and how it was broken ..Due to water damage on a SONY M4 AQUA ....Do your'll guys even know wat AQUA MEANS ...I doubt your'll do ..Which means everything your'll ever mentioned in advertisements were all lies ..2 days charging ..But the phone dies in less than 24 hours time.
