Test a brand new SIM card, if you experience the same issue, it's most likely a hardware issue.

I'm so sorry to hear about your phone.
A trained technician at an authorized service centre will examine the phone and will be able to tell you what part(s) have to be changed after the phone has been examined.
I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and they will assist you with arranging a repair!
