Signal/Sim/Network Hardware Problem

Signal bar increases and decreases all the time, after a while the device will auto shutdown and has to be rebooted with a cable charger.

If I use the device without a simcard, the device works perfectly fine. Is this a network hardware problem on the M5?

Any solution?

Test a brand new SIM card, if you experience the same issue, it's most likely a hardware issue.

Currently using the simcard on different device, no problem at all. So what hardware issue is this? Is it repairable? I dont have warranty anymore.

Does anybody know what kind of hardware problem im facing, so that it will be easier for me to explain to the local support centre.

A trained technician at an authorized service centre will examine the phone and will be able to tell you what part(s) have to be changed after the phone has been examined.

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and they will assist you with arranging a repair!
