Sony Xperia M2 - ADB/Android drivers (again)

Ok, hallo, guys... i'm here with same problem... 

SO

1) yes, i install Sony PC Companion 2.1, but only PC Companion can see my Xperia. adb and Unity3D can't see Xperia
2) Windows 7 can't install drivers for my smartphone, he see my Xperia just as "Android" in device manager and can't find drivers to install. so i tried to install this handly and even show him a path "AndroidSDK\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver"... aaaand it's not working...
3) yes, i switch on developer mode in xperia
4) yes, again, i tried every usb-connection modes, and my computer still can't see him.

need your help, guys
